You'll receive a welcome email after purchasing the course, though it sometimes ends up in the Spam or Promotions folder. If you don’t see it there, you can go directly to www.msfineartstudio.com/login, enter your email, and create a password. Once you’re logged in, click on “Library” to access all of the lessons.

On a computer: Open the Downloads & Guides lesson. The downloadable files will appear on the right side of the page. 

On a mobile device: Open the Downloads & Guides lesson and scroll below the student comments. The downloadable files will appear at the bottom.

Please post all of your course-related questions in the comment section below the lessons inside your course. This is the best place to ask because the question and answer can also help other students. 

This is usually an easy fix! Try clearing your browser cache, using a different browser, or accessing the course from a different device. This should allow you to watch the lesson properly.

Yes! You can use the pencils you already have. You don't need to purchase the exact brands or colors I use in the course.

For the beginner course: you're welcome to follow along with the materials I use, or work with what you already have.

For the intermediate course: I encourage you to work with what you already have and color-match as closely as possible to the colors I'm using in the lessons.
